BSC/MT/TSS IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

Behavior Specialist Consultant will be responsible for the assessment, program design and monitoring of a behavior modification intervention plan which is individualized to child and adolescent as well as family needs. BSC will consult with treatment team members and work collaboratively to support the overall growth and development of the client and family. Services are provided in the school and/or home and community setting. Immediate openings in Central and Western Montgomery County.

Mobile Therapist will provide child centered, family focused psychotherapy using a variety of treatment modalities outlined in the child's treatment plan. MT will work collaboratively with treatment team members to support the overall growth and development of the client and family. Services are provided on the school and/or home and community setting. Immediate openings in Central and Western Montgomery County.

Therapeutic Staff Support will be responsible for providing one-to-one mental health interventions to a child or adolescent in order to prevent more restrictive services and promote age-appropriate psychosocial growth. TSS will follow treatment plan and implement interventions developed by Behavior Specialist Consultant. TSS will work collaboratively with parents, teachers and members of community to transfer skills and techniques needed to assist child or adolescent with identified problem areas. Services are delivered either in the home, school or community setting. TSS will be responsible for progress notes and maintaining training hours. Immediate openings in southern Chester County.

Requirements for BSC & MT’s:

  • Master's degree in psychology or closely related field
  • Minimum of 12 credit hours in course work related to behavioral management theory, interventions, protocols or techniques
  • One year minimum clinical experience working with children, adolescents and families
  • Extensive knowledge of CASSP Service System
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently as well as within a team setting. Organized and excellent documentation skills are necessary.
  • Need valid driver's license, current child abuse, PA criminal, and FBI DPW clearances and free of communicable diseases


Requirements for TSS:

  • Knowledge of CASSP Service System
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
  • Bachelor degree in human service, no experience required
  • Bachelor degree in non- human service field with one yr minimum working experience with children and adolescents
  • OR Associates Degree (60+ credits) in human service field plus 3 yrs working experience with children and adolescents
  • Need valid driver's license, current child abuse, PA criminal, and FBI DPW clearances and free of communicable diseases

TSS are hired as part time hourly employees
