Child and Family Focus Inc. has immediate openings in their Family Based Mental Health Services programs in Montgomery & Bucks counties. CFF is seeking Master level therapists for their intensive in home treatment program. Masters level therapist will work as part of a team to provide intensive, home and community based individual and family therapy services to children with a mental health diagnosis. Additional case management and case coordination tasks may be part of services provided by Masters level therapist. Family Based Services require working some evenings, rotating in on call services and be willing to drive.

Master’s Level Therapist

Master’s Level Requirements and Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Human Service or related field
• 2-5 years experience in the children’s mental health field
• Experience and training/education in trauma recovery treatment modalities
• Experience conducting individual and family therapy sessions
• Strong knowledge of mental health services and community resources
• Knowledge and understanding of CASSP principles
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
• Ability to be organized and display time management techniques
• Ability to work empathically with diverse clients
• Valid driver’s license and insurance is required
• Child abuse, PA criminal and FBI clearances are required
