Overview:

Child and Family Focus, Inc., a faith based, non-profit, community based agency have an immediate opening in our Hatboro Family Based Program, an intensive in home treatment program. Bachelor Level Case Manager is needed to work as a team with a Master level therapist to provide intensive weekly individual and family therapy in the child’s home. With a case load of up to 8 children and families in Bucks and Montgomery counties, the treatment team will be able to effectively focus on the many therapeutic needs of each family.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Desire to work in a small, supportive agency environment that is dedicated to providing the very best care to children and families
• 1 year minimum experience in mental health field
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
• Ability to work empathically with diverse clients
• Work some evenings and on call rotation
• Must have a dependable car

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service or related field
• 2-5 years experience in the children’s mental health field
• Experience conducting individual and family therapy sessions
• Strong knowledge of mental health services and community resources
• Knowledge and understanding of CASSP principles
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
• Ability to be organized and display time management techniques
• Ability to work empathically with diverse clients
• Valid driver’s license and insurance is required
• Child abuse, PA criminal and FBI clearances are required
